Yes, i do put tea leaves into my ice cream.
I know it sounds weird, but the vanilla flavour of this green tea is really really good. (It's Green Tea Vanilla) To enhance the flavour, add a bit of vanilla extract or simply agave syrup! And it goes really well with the mint for some reason.
Also, our Sunday breakfast was: Mint Vanilla Green Tea nicecream for me & Greek yogurt mixed with frozen wild berries for my boyfriend ♡

Ingredients
3 bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
5 fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 bag of vanilla green tea
a splash of water to get the blender going (optional)
also:
- a high-speed blender or food processor (NO NEED FOR AN ICE CREAM MAKER!)
Add your frozen banana pieces to a blending machine (high-speed blender or food processor) and blend.
Add mint leaves, and - if wished - the content of 1 bag of vanilla green tea, then blend again until creamy smooth.
Using a spatula, spoon or ice cream scoop, transfer into a dessert bowl, garnish with fresh mint leaves or a flower and dig in!
Note: This is part of my raw vegan Ice Cream Galore this month!
