"Now what the heck is Chocomole?", you might be wondering. "Is it really guacamole but with chocolate?!"
Basically, yes.
This, my friends, is chocolate pudding (raw vegan, dairy-free, 100% plant-based) and it is made of only 3 things: avocado, banana, cacao powder all mashed together. Well, and 1 tsp of sweetener and a pinch of spices, but that's completely optional. I just had a super ripe avocado lying around in the kitchen, and a super ripe banana. Now i got a nice bowl of CHOCOLATE PUDDING waiting to be devoured, how awesome is that?!
Actually, i did a post on chocolate pudding a year ago called the 5-Minute Chocolate Pudding {dairy-free}, and now that i think about it i actually did another one called Raw Love Parfait for Valentine's Day, but none of these versions are identical - and also: One can never get enough of chocolate pudding!! :)
Anyway, here's the recipe:

Instructions
This is so easy, i don't even want to call it a recipe: So basically you combine avocado, banana and cacao powder in a blender or food processor (you can even use an immersion
blender for this! Heck, even a fork if you're desperate and want to build up arm muscles!) and process until smooth and creamy-thick.
This time i added a pinch of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of organic honey (use agave syrup or other sweetener if vegan) for a little extra kick!
Set aside the pudding in the refrigerator to chill. After 15-30 minutes you'll notice the pudding changing colour! It will get darker, thicker, more chocolaty. I ate mine for breakfast with a handful of sliced strawberries :)

Thank you to Angel and all the other lovely girls, who once again (!) featured me over on
their Wakeup Wednesday Link Party this week!
I always get so excited whenever i see my posts on somebody else's site, haha! :)
