Who doesn't love chocolate?
And who says, being raw vegan means you can't enjoy a nice batch of chocolate pudding?
So here's an easy way to whip up your very own, raw vegan, dairy-free and totally guilt-free Chocolate Pudding :)

1-4 tbsp raw cocoa powder, to your liking (I used 2 tbsp)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
pinch of salt

- a blending machine or hand-held blender
Instructions
Throw all ingredients into your blender and start blending slow, then increasing to high speed. When the consistency is too thick to your taste, add some water or coconut oil or a little bit of fresh orange juice (which will give you that nice christmassy touch). Scrape your pudding out of your blender and into a mug or jar. You can either eat it right away or - ideally - let it chill in the fridge for a couple hours until the pudding takes on a rich dark chocolaty colour.
